For us, the entire strategy process is first and foremost a communication process. It must ensure that the right questions are asked at regular intervals and answered by the organization as a whole. However, this does not necessarily have to be done alone at the top of the company, but the integration of knowledge carriers from all over the organization creates the conditions for the right answers as well as for the successful implementation. It must be defined which future success potentials the company needs so that a consistent focus on customer benefit is possible. When developing the strategy, the information available in the organization is combined with the results of external analysis to form an overall picture. From this overall picture, the necessary measures are derived. However, the strategy will only be able to provide orientation if the executives and employees are in a position to align their own goals accordingly. This is not the case in many organizations.
